Armishaws is a long established removals business with management expertise in all aspects of UK, European and Worldwide removals.
We hold Europe's highest removal's standards and work within stringent health and safety procedures, as detailed blow. We also try to minimise the environmental impact of our operation, as detailed in our environmental policy.
Removals Standards
Since June 1999, we have held the coveted BSEN 12522 and ISO 9001 certificates, which are Europe's highest removals standards. These awards are given for strict procedures, systems and consistent quality of removals. These procedures are constantly monitored by an ACAS approved body.
BSEN 12522 is the first and only recognised quality standard specifically aimed at furniture removals for the benefit of the private individual. Certified companies operate to clearly defined standards and the procedures are designed to benefit you, the customer, at every stage of your move.
As a certified company (certificate no. 060201), we are assessed annually on Staff, Services, Administration and Procedures to ensure they continue to meet the high and exacting standards required.
We pride ourselves on providing a first class service for our customers, from our initial contact, packing and storage, to shipping to the vehicles we use to transport your possessions.
All of our 50 full-time staff are trained to the highest standards.
