    Tucked away in the stunning Chalke Valley within the Cranbourne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this picturesque yet unassuming location is the quintessential rural idyl, so it’s no surprise this is such a sought-after spot for homeowners in Wiltshire.

    The village has a local ‘Hub’ and village store with a café and local news. There are several local producers in the area providing a wide range of goodies from Wiltshire foods and treats to beer and of course West County cider. The village is also a scone’s throw from the market city of Salisbury.

    Chalke Valley Sports Centre has a football pitch, tennis courts, skate park and other facilities. CV Cricket Club is a social hub or if golf is more your bag, Crane Valley Golf Course is a popular and challenging course.

    Dog walkers, cyclists and nature lovers can enjoy Chickengrove Bottom Nature Reserve. There’s also a number of riding centres and stables in the area.
